AGE RESTRICTIONS

You MUST be 18 years old or older to purchase an Airsoft gun.

 

GOVERNMENT AGENCY OR ORGANIZATION

For credit card payments by phone or email for special orders, upgrades, or repairs, please have the following information ready:

As soon as the credit card payment is accepted, you will receive an emailed receipt at the email address you provided for your records.

We do not accept credit card or Paypal payments for international orders.

All funds must clear our bank before the order is processed for shipping. Personal checks will take 7-14 days.

 

BANK WIRE TRANSFER OR DIRECT DEPOSIT

You can wire funds from your bank account directly to ours or directly deposit money into our account if there is a Wells Fargo Bank branch near you. You must add an additional $15 bank fee to your order total if paying by bank wire transfer. If paying by either of these methods, please email us for our banking wire information after you have placed your order.

 

CASH

Mailing cash is NOT recommended and we are not responsible for any losses of cash in transit.

Shipping

DOMESTIC SHIPPING

We use UPS to ship to domestic addresses unless the address is a P.O. Box. A tracking number is provided for each order.

All P.O. Box and APO/FPO shipments are insured and delivered by the United States Postal Service. These shipments do not have a tracking number. The number provided is the USPS insurance number.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

Buyer is responsible for following all laws on importation.

We only use UPS and USPS for shipping. We can only accept money orders, Paypal, or bank wire transfers for payment. If you are using Paypal, you must be a verified member and have a confirmed shipping address.

Troubleshooting

AEG BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING

An airsoft AEG will never go out of service on you, however, it is the buyer’s responsibility to maintain it. Much like servicing your car, airsoft guns require routine maintenance and care. If you are having issues, we recommend inspecting the following:

  1. If your AEG makes no sounds: Check the fuse. Replacing it is simple and easy. If it is compromised, replacements cost less than $1.00 at your local hardware store. You can also attempt to briefly connect the two fuse clips together to see if the fuse is the problem.
  2. If your AEG makes no sounds: You may have overcharged the free “testing battery” that comes with Chinese AEGs (Charging time with the free charger for the testing battery included with the gun is less than four hours on the initial charge) Solution: Purchase a good battery.
  3. If you can hear the motor attempting to turn, but the gun is not shooting: An internal part could be worn or the gun could require re-shimming. Replacement parts are able to be installed at home.

If you are covered under our 14-day warranty, DO NOT attempt to disassemble the gun. Routine fuse checking, barrel cleaning, lubricating, and battery replacement are the only procedures you may complete without voiding our warranty.

To simply arrange our repair service and have a technician inspect and maintain your Airsoft, please complete a RMA Request form.

Repair & Maintenance

REPAIRS

To have a technician inspect, diagnose and repair issues you have encountered with the product you have purchased from ITS, please complete a RMA Request form for instructions on how to send your item to us.

If the item(s) arrived damaged, we will replace it at no additional cost.

If your item is still within the 14-day warranty window, repair will be at no cost, however, you are responsible for the cost to ship the item to us and to have it redelivered to you.

MAINTENANCE

To arrange maintenance of your item, please complete a RMA Request form for instructions on how to send your item to us. You are responsible for the cost to ship the item to us and to have it redelivered to you.

Returns

If your package arrived damaged, please inspect all its contents and contact us immediately. We can assist you in completing a damage claim with the shipping company.

For warranty claims or service requests,  the customer is responsible for shipping charges to return goods to ITS.

 

RETURN MERCHANDISE AUTHORIZATION

To return an item, please fill out the form below to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. A specialist will review your case within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekend days and holidays).

Important Notes:

  • Once you are issued a RMA number, you will be given instructions on shipping items to ITS. If all warranty guidelines and shipping instructions are met, you will be reimbursed for certain shipping costs.
  • Returning a package without the RMA number will only delay the process as the package may be refused and/or discarded.
  • All return packages will be inspected by authorized, industry-leading technicians who will make all final decisions regarding your case. Any false claims will be handled as fraudulent.
  • It is at the discretion of the RMA Department and its staff to grant refunds. Items must be in brand new, resalable condition, including all original packaging. A 20% restocking fee will apply.
  • The customer is responsible for all shipping costs in return situations.
